*Place on foil in this order:

A sheet of aluminum foil

TBLSP olive oil + tsp butter

Sprinkle 2 TBLSP ‘Mo Seasoning’

Fish – White fish, Salmon, etc.

Your favorite uncooked vegetables – asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.

Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper

Seal foil tightly and bake 15-20 minutes or until fish is done.

Serve with rice and beans
